Light red in color, this Oregon Pinot at first taste feels young and early but as it opens up, black cherry, blackberry, soft leather, spice come through nicely. Very easy tannins with a light pepper finish this is a delightful Pinot Noir and would go nicely with most meals. Inky purple. Deep, smoky, seductively perfumed bouquet of dark berries, macerated cherries, licorice and Indian spices. Powerful blackberry and cassis flavors are surprisingly lively, with notes of black cardamom and candied violet adding complexity.
