From the Winemaker
Tenuta di Arceno is a historical winery situated near the medieval village of San Gusme where one can still see the footprints of the Etruscans. Our Chianti Classico possesses all the typical characteristics of Sangiovese from Tuscany: aromas of wild violets, good acidity, and balanced tannins.
Pair with pappardelle, with wild boar (because it is so common to find wild boar at your local supermarket), aged pecorino, steak fiorentina, game and flavorful meat dishes.
